My son has been seeing both the speech therapist and occupational therapist at First Choice Allied Health since 2021. The team has been so supportive throughout the journey. They always give me helpful feedback and practical strategies to use at home. Both the school and I have noticed a big improvement in Kevin’s language and play skills. We’re truly grateful for the support we've received.
My son was doing speech and O/T here with First Choice Allied Health for several months. I wouldn’t recommend them as some of the therapists are rude and unsupportive. I also requested a recommendation letter for specialised equipment which was requested by the paediatrician and they refused to assist with this and gave no explanation as to why they wouldn’t do it. The staff is very enthusiastic and professional. This is the best Vietnamese allied health I know after 15 years of living in Australia. Highly recommend.
My son has been attending his sessions since he was 12yo. They have amazing staffs from receptionist to the allied health practitioners. Special mentioned to Lucy, Carla and Richard for doing tremendous jobs in supporting my son to in supporting him building his day to day skills and increase his independence. My son used to hate attending his session in the beginning but their skill in building rapport with him makes him feel at ease and happy to attend his appointments everytime.
