This bank is awful -- wayyyy too many restrictions. Can't use card out of town. You literally have to call the bank to get approval to spend your own money. I've been calling for two days and no response maybe due tot he storm but they should have a plan b. They dont even have a 1800 #. I have been put in MANY binds becuase of this bank. I am leaving this bank finally not puttin up with this in 2025. My family will be parting ways as well.

About to close my account. Extreme restrictions on travel and certain purchases. Website and app always down. Phone lines are always down for some odd reason. The staff is always nice and helpful. When you can get them on the phone or if their system is running that is. I shouldn't have to change my password because you guys keep having app and system issues. Rates are low and non competitive with other banks. Waste of time honestly.
There seems to be less than a 50% chance the Pooler atm will accept deposits on the weekend... Labor Day and of course, I can't make a deposit....
