I have had an account with them for years, lots of restrictions on the debit card but I put up with it for their great in person service. It’s no longer worth it. You cannot get any help with debit card issues after hours at all. You cannot reach anyone on the phone anymore. The app is always locking me out for zero reason. I no longer recommend them.
First, Chatham Bank on Wilmington Island is always an A1 experience.
I visited this bank recently as I moved to the island area and I am excited to be living in GA and wanted to support locally. I was greeted by a younger female associate at the teller desk with an incredible attitude, smile, and extensive knowledge of First Chatham Bank’s services.
