I closed my account 2 months ago and you guys are still sending me stuff congratulating me in the mail and email. I'm going to consider this harassment and file charges if you do not stop
I have had an account with them for years, lots of restrictions on the debit card but I put up with it for their great in person service. It’s no longer worth it. You cannot get any help with debit card issues after hours at all. You cannot reach anyone on the phone anymore. The app is always locking me out for zero reason. I no longer recommend them.
First, Chatham Bank on Wilmington Island is always an A1 experience.
