My husband lost his ATM card and mine got hacked resulting in both of us needing new cards. On Sunday we called the customer service number and were told to go to the bank so we could get them immediately. At 9am on Monday I went through the drive thru and after some discussion I was told I would receive a call when they were ready. As another reviewer has stated, I would rather drive the 15 minutes it takes to get downtown then use this location. I’ve been with this bank for years and had been mostly pleased until my interaction with the employees of the Wilmington Island branch today. Normally everyone is very polite and helpful, but from the moment I walked through the door, there was the distinct impression that my business was not wanted. I live 2 minutes away and would rather drive downtown or to Pooler for when I need to speak with someone. 2 Stars for having a close ATM. -3 for when I asked about opening a saving's account the person couldn't be bothered to help me. Told me they couldn't do that even though I have money with FCB. Also got a lovely (sarcasm doesn't translate through text) "what do you want?" when I walked in. Drove downtown and had one set up in a matter of minutes with great customer service and friendly people.
