The manager there today, October 3, which I did not get her name is a hostile low class, unprofessional the most inconceivable human being that can speak to people so degrading and so nasty. When they are bankers or managers like herself, it makes you not wanna go to the bank and I can guarantee you after this review many will be pulling out their business from this bank and what goes around comes around. Most banks ask you to sit down and wait for service but at this location I was assisted professionally and quick. Bank teller welcomed me and directed me to the person I had to see. Employee Sherlay was super friendly and helped me during my visit. Thanks again
A hostile approach by some individuals should be addressed as a body language, including attacks on a personal level, which is very unprofessional. Not everyone born to perform a good customer service job.
