1 STAR — If I could give ZERO, I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. This location seriously lacks professionalism, communication, accountability, and proper management. Apparently, they don’t even have a consistent manager available to handle customer issues and have to borrow managers from other locations to fill in. Come see Ricardo and Tanya! Both are friendly and respectful! More importantly they actually do the research of what your selling. Ricardo knows his tools and gave me double what the other guys on the corner offered me for my dewault 60v grinder and battery. I got a very fair deal considering it was a used grinder and battery!
