Poor Customer Service and Low-Ball Prices on items you take in for a loan. Ms. Flor (Manager) & Ms. Carla (Employee) lack professionalism. They don't communicate well and are rude. If you have no other option go to Amanda. She's the only good thing at this location and is an Asst. Manager.
