Couldn’t even distinguish real lab diamonds from moissanite. They refused to buy my tennis bracelet cause quote “it wasn’t coming back very silvery and the stones are moissanite”, brought it to my jeweler, zales, Kay, they all confirmed it was real, and I got the certs for each individual stone from TraxNYC (the original jeweler I purchased from). Please before you examine a piece, know what you’re talking about…
1 STAR — If I could give ZERO, I would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. This location seriously lacks professionalism, communication, accountability, and proper management. Apparently, they don’t even have a consistent manager available to handle customer issues and have to borrow managers from other locations to fill in.
