CRIMINALS!! I understand 3/4 of the business Pawnships recieve are from Drug addicts with stolen merchandise, however, the 1/4 are legitimate consumers. Myself and my wife being one of them. Some months back, I pawned a toolbox with U.S.A. tools in it, and when I got them back a hammer was missing and test light was disassembled. It took two months to get the hammer replaced, which was half the original size, and a great deal of arguing. Also, I left a message with corporate office and message was never returned.

First off they do not deserve a star rating at all!! I had my ring stolen and when I called the store everyone had a bad attitude. Customer service is terrible! No one wanted to help me much less talk to me! They gave me the impression that if they did have my item they were going to keep it! Then last but not least they hung up on me! I will tell everyone I no to NOT go there! All the other Pawn shops were extremely helpful and kind!!
