Always late on return pick ups, besides that it’s great just need to work on their return scheduling, very unsatisfactory
Excellent transport company. The drivers are prompt, friendly and the vans are very comfortable. The scheduling people have several times worked hard to get me in for a last minute unexpected trip (much appreciated!). Shout out to Lisa for always being so cheerful! Edit as of 1-20-26: After my initial exuberance, lately there have been many instances of late to very late pick ups recently, including a very very late two-hour late pickup today.
terrible company to ride with . driver(s) are incompetent of speed limit & road safety . not going to name names but they need a visit from the state.
