Dont work with them. They dont pay their bills. They owe us fees from 2023. Find another company to work with.
We called for weeks to schedule an ambulance ride for my bed bound dad to his Dr appt. They don't bother checking their messages. If they do, then they don't bother returning calls. My dad had to reschedule his Dr appt and get a ride from another transportation service. I even called the supervisors cell phone and he tried to tell me that they were trying to get the insurance confirmation, even tho we have the transportation voucher confirming coverage but they never bothered to call us back. Poor office coordination.
