Well I called in 3x to start an account and no one ever called me back
I hate this place, I got there about 30 minutes before they closed to see if I could request to increase my credit limit and the lady told me it was too late and that I'd have to come back tomorrow, even though all the office people were just standing around talking with each other, doors wide open like they were still accepting people. There's absolutely no reason one of them couldn't help me put in the request quick, but she didn't even bother asking them.
