This bank switched ownership in Sept. From the first capital to the citizens bank. Since than there has been several mistakes with deposits. Including miscounts, withdrawals from the wrong account and just yesterday my deposit went into someone else's bank account. I just noticed this am on online banking and pulled out my deposit slip to see it's not any one of my 3 accounts with them. I wouldn’t recommend. They have messed my account up multiple times and said it was the system, well if that is the case you should update and X times it has “messed up”. I’ve NEVER had this many issues with anything. I deposited a check Friday and it’s yet to be in my account. Save yourself a headache and bank else where. I will be switching banks ASAP.
