Customer service is the worse. I've called call center the gentleman was so rude I cried I hate to admit I suffer from anxiety I reported to the branch manager unfortunately nothing was resolved. Walking into 1st California is very uncomfortable it could be empty they will look at you but make you wait awkwardly while they decide who will wait on you.
Annysa C is the best! She was super helpful answering my questions, intentional, and attentive!
Very rude and very bad manager.
I went to cabazon branch it was fast and easy since I worked at the casino. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and clear. I was impressed and feel so good first time visit. I observed if the ladies clerk shown real and genuine smile if will be more better .
