If I could leave negative stars I would!! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with...they are a bunch of crooks and liars. We had three accounts with them for a truck, a boat and a personal loan. All three were paid off over 3 years ago, and today we went to replace a title for our boat and was told there was a lien on it. When we contacted the local office in Lubbock, they said there was a charge off balance on the personal loan so there was a lien placed on the boat (which we paid $18,800 in cash in their ... read more
