They teller was very friendly and took care of my business in a very professional manner.
Effective and courteous … however, do not close your accounts due to identity theft or fraud or scams or due to someone stealing your wallet, because FBCU will not allow you to reopen an account with them. Never mind that it wasn’t your fault. Also, their constant 7 to 10-day hold on checks is ridiculous. Finally, they advertise refinancing vehicles and other personal and real property, and yet they will not approve a loan for an a/c unit replacement in a member’s home.
