We accidentally went to business lane and asked for a withdrawal slip. Instead of providing a slip then sending us to another lane the teller just said we were in wrong lane. It was an error easily corrected so we went around building and started over. My oh my. I've been a customer for over 10 years. 2nd time I've wanted to change credit unions. Thanks for the truly courteous and to those who are not, you could learn from those who are.
