These guys are absolutely dishonest and can’t live up to their promises. They said they do not charge for payments made in person with a debit card! They do in fact charge $15 for it they also charge $15 to do the payment over the phone. These guys want to take advantage of you for every penny they can. This is a common practice in the Permian basin because they like to take advantage of the Offield workers, for their information this is a Farm and Ranch community and we have little tolerance for that. I applied for a loan, and was in contact with a loan officer. She requested more information from me, which I did provide. After I had received a secured response, I followed up with her and voiced my concerns that the messages she was sending me secure I was not able to access. She merely replied she was not familiar with the messages, or where they came from. I applied for a loan and was approved but only for one of there repos?? Never heard of such a thing, definitely not going there!
