One atm to get money from and no one else can help you. To your reply: Yes, when the members of your service team sit at a table I cannot see how that provides more "service" especially when they are falling asleep at the table.
They have the worst online and app based banking technology ive ever seen. Incredibly inefficient, rarely ever works, VERY prone to hacking. They reset my password over the phone without me providing any verification information other than my name and account number which anyone could have read off a check. Its a shame becuase the staff are great.
