One atm to get money from and no one else can help you. To your reply: Yes, when the members of your service team sit at a table I cannot see how that provides more "service" especially when they are falling asleep at the table.
They have the worst online and app based banking technology ive ever seen. Incredibly inefficient, rarely ever works, VERY prone to hacking. They reset my password over the phone without me providing any verification information other than my name and account number which anyone could have read off a check. Its a shame becuase the staff are great.
My husband has been trying to talk to someone regarding a letter they sent and all his been getting is the run around. This is the first time either of us have heard of this bank, so I don't know what to think of their customer service.
Disappointed by this branch location. I’ve been banking with the same teller at this location for 6 years. I was in an awkward situation today where I needed a cashiers check to pay a tax bill, but I didn’t know the amount for it and they were closing in 20 minutes. I asked if I could pre-authorize or call with the amount because it needed to be done to avoid a penalty and I wouldn’t be able to come in the following morning because I was going to be on a plane to Charlotte at 7 am.
