Always get great customer service and support
Terrible customer service. I travel for work, I walk in to "buy" a roll of quarters, they turn their nose up at me and say they only do that for members. what trash. I went down the street to Incredible bank, and they were pleasant!!
Tellers are Courteous, friendly, willing to help
I use Debbie Crandall for buying my first home and I could not be happier. She was so helpful and so good to me. I would definitely recommend her if you need help buying a home!!
I have had an RV loan with First Bank in Escanaba MI for 10 years, though I live in Wisconsin. They've always been professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and timely - even recently when I have needed their help through a difficult time. They are not a corporate entity like many banks have become. They are truly personal bankers. I recommend them highly.
