The people who work here always put a smile on my face
Easily the least accountable bank in the area. Horrendous customer service and predatory practices. They even mess up something as simple as an account to account transfer somehow. Have had to call 6 or 7 times this year to correct their mistakes and have to consistently monitor my accounts checking for errors by the bank.
