I’m giving the bank a 3 but the clerk who helped me a 5. I have a relative in Hospice. She needed her laundry done. I needed quarters. The bank policy is don’t help if you are not a customer. After explaining the situation she agreed to help me. I understand not cashing cks. But to not exchange cash for cash seems silly!
Do not use their coin machine is way off brought in $65.00 in coins they gave me $63.70 back. They do not care about their customersonly what they can get from you. Keep a close eye on your accounts. Will be changing banks. The ladies at cashier windows was condescending and treated me like I was lower then dirt and stupid. This happens everything I go in. They think they are above everyone.
