After working with them for many many years in SD and purchasing multiple homes from them they were great. Moved to MN and after 4 months of trying to close on a investment house, the seller was done waiting for the bank after they changed the date 2 different times because they didn’t have their part done.. not happy at all with the outcome
I've been an account holder with FBT out of SD for many years. The owners are banking innovators. I have always had incredible customer service experiences with the bank's team members. The Edina location is a real plus for convenience.
