My husband and I walk into the bank to do our banking and I am denied use of a restroom! Last time I was here I sat in the drive through with no one helping me until I pulled around and went inside. Very poor customer care. We will be moving our money after 15 years.
Every aspect of being a customer at FirstBank gets worse year after year.. since about a decade ago. The app has gotten so bad, I can't even use it.. and that pales in comparison to the in-person decline. Now the physical banks are just a lobby with a bunch of used car salesmen standing around playing on their phones and they'll just point you to an ATM where someone video calls with you about how to make a deposit. Horrible bank
Be prepared to spend 30+ minutes in the bank just to deposit a check because First Bank won’t employ enough people to appropriately operate a bank.
