I moved my account from Truist Bank because their customer service was lacking and I’m so glad I did. The folks at First Bank and Trust are always ready willing and able to help. It’s a beautiful bank that is warm and inviting, like a small town bank should be. My only suggestion would be that they get a bigger sign for the building or maybe a pole with a sign on it so it would be visible from the main road.
This bank thinks they can control what you use your personal money for and if they don’t like it, they put holds on your accounts and lie to you and then inform you they are closing your accounts. It’s truly as site this bank feels like they are the boss of your money. A district manager over this bank needs to find them a new branch manager!

Switched over from my old bank to this one and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. They are always warm and welcoming with a local business touch. Stephanie and the whole team are all stars at what they do and I would happily recommend anyone contemplating changing banks to give them a chance.
