Always courteous and very helpful, wouldn't bank anywhere else . Been with them since 2003, great experience . 👍
Drove over an hour and a half, to a open branch on Saturday. Check was on their bank for 5 thousand, wouldn't cash my check, because there wasn't a officer in bank to approve check. This is unacceptable, if the check is on you from a business, you should honor it. This is why I won't be using these banks or any branches.
Tellers are always very helpful and professional.
I talked to this center today about a 1100 charge to me to find out what it was for. Not only did I not find out about the charge this little butthead on the other end of the phone was so rude in no way was I able to communicate with him. He was very proud of that fact on the other end of the phone!!!!!!!
