My go to bank. I love the little branch on McLish in Ardmore. Most of the staff know me by name, making me feel pretty darn special. :)
They told me I couldn't cash a check because there was inactivity on my account. I have an account it shouldn't matter if I use it often?! I like cash not card. Then they charged me $8 for a check my employer wrote me that had bounced. When I asked if I could have it removed because it wasn't my fault, they said no. When my husband and i had made the account we expressed that it was our desire for me to be the primary on the account because my husband doesnt handle our finances, they took my information down incorrectly and ... read more
