Crate & Barrel’s switch to First Bank & Trust is a huge disappointment. The new credit card has a shocking 31.24% APR—completely predatory and insulting to loyal customers. I closed my account and won’t be shopping here again unless they fix this. Total bait-and-switch. Buyer beware.
I’ve banked with FB&T for years and years starting in Madison, SD and the Brookings locations are amazing! I had the opportunity to work with Drew on a mortgage loan application and I have to highly recommend him to help with all your mortgage needs. He was so patient with me and informative throughout the entire process. Buying a home? Ask for Drew!
Do yourself a favor and find another bank unless you want to fight them for hours to get a atm or debt limit increase. Its absolutely ridiculous the way they treat customers. I finally used paypal to transfer money after being denied my requests costing me 200 dollars! This is a pathetic excuse of a bank!
