So I got a credit card from I guess this bank is supporting which is a Mercury credit card I am getting up charged with no notifications of multiple interest charges multiple some kind of balance protection charges that I’m unaware of our credit limit changed and the interest rate change on last year‘s balance including this year which makes no sense at all. I called First Bank and Trust hoping to open an account with them and was prepared to make a deposit to get started. Unfortunately, I found out they have strict residency requirements and only allow people living in South Dakota or its neighboring states to open accounts. I want to give a huge shout-out to the teller who helped me over the phone—she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. I don't understand why Best Western relies on this TEMU-quality bank. Whenever I try to apply for a Best Western Visa, I always get an immediate: "We don't have a card offer for you right now" while simultaneously I have been invited to apply for the card offer shown on the screen.
I was approved for a credit card with a $4000 credit limit. I received the card, I activated the card. Then I am informed that I have no available credit. So, I called and the issue was escalated. This credit card is a National Product of theirs. I was never able to complete one transaction and they closed the credit card on me.
