Crate & Barrel’s switch to First Bank & Trust is a huge disappointment. The new credit card has a shocking 31.24% APR—completely predatory and insulting to loyal customers. I closed my account and won’t be shopping here again unless they fix this. Total bait-and-switch. Buyer beware.
I’ve banked with FB&T for years and years starting in Madison, SD and the Brookings locations are amazing!
