My debit card was used without my permission, and first Bank denied my dispute because they claim the card was used at. " Point of sale". I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau, and First Bank refused to answer the BBB. I wonder what they're hiding?
Great bank. Always helps with all of our needs. Employees at my local bank are very knowledgeable
Be cautions working with this bank. They froze an account and held a large wire money transfer for over 3 weeks for the reason of fraud suspicion. When provided documents to prove there was no fraud involved, it did not help. When I asked to speak direct with the fraud department, they could not provide contact information. When I asked to have the fraud department contact me, no contact was ever made.
