I unfortunately have two accounts here and they both have an issue with them. I have been dealing with these issues for 6+ months and I have been told time and time again that they are resolved and this is not the case. No one will answer the phone and it is impossible to get anything accomplished! I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
I've had multiple issues but latest one being them depositing my check into someone else's account.
