Very friendly people and helpful staff
This bank is a corrupt bank. They in a matter of 3 weeks gave me an overdraft fee of $35 for an amount of $12.98 that got refunded back to them. Then did a Bank Charge-Off for the entire amount of $44 something for a tax break and also sent me to collections for the same amount of $44. So pretty much they got paid three times. 1. Bank Charge off 2.Overdraft Fees 3.Collections I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Banking. Please refer to it.
This is the first time EVER rating a company on Google! I accidentally submitted $1,000 bill pay to the wrong account and do not even have an account with CitiBank… So I went to the branch where I live and was told SORRY we cannot help you! I didn’t give up and went to the Haskell Branch in tears hoping for HELP getting my money back! Hailey worked and worked and never gave up and did an OUTSTANDING job of getting my money back!
