I accidentally submitted $1,000 on bill pay to the wrong account and do not even have an account with Citibank….so I went to the First Bank of Texas branch where I live and was told SORRY we cannot help you! I did not give up and went to the Haskell branch in tears hoping for HELP getting my $1,000 back! Hailey worked and worked and never gave up and did an OUTSTANDING job of getting my money back!
