Shady and incompetent are the two words that come mind when thinking about my experiences with first bank Richmond. First I will start with loan officer Jeff Jenkins. I wanted to refinance my 2nd mortgage. He kept trying to set me up with a variable rate because it had less intro percentage rate. I told him that i wanted a fixed rate and I was ok with it being a higher percentage rate. I just don't want the rate to change. He acted as if he understood my request.
