Enticing at first, ignored later. I was recommended to this bank for SBA financing and was introduced to a rep right away. He gave me a list of documents to upload as well as asked for my business plan projections basically everything needed to create a case. He was very communicative and responded timely. Drove all the way from Kansas city. Had a purchase made and after pulling out money they would not print a bill of sale. The lady said we are not allowed to print a piece of paper. Pretty disappointing

Super nice and courteous when gathering your information but after that NOT A PEEP… you have to hound them for any and all information about your process. Good luck contacting this company other than a receptionist who has no information if you are even in the system. The lack of communication is incredible. Had I knew that we couldn’t have qualified as a Start up would have saved us a ton of time waiting.
