It’s a sad day, realizing I have to close my account, after so many years of banking with Simply. I refuse to bank anywhere after they failed so horribly to inform me of ALL changes, and in turn made a profit off me on their failed transfer of owners.
been to this branch twice both times were a bad experience. first time i went in to see if they would break a $100 bill for me, very rudely told me i had to have an account with them. went in at 4:25 today to open an account and was told they did not have time we close at 5:00. sounds like they just do not need my business. no problem plenty of other banks out there.
Great customer service, I went in with a check that was rejected via the App and they fixed the issue.
