Have banked here for over 40 years through a couple of name changes. Very helpful staff.
My wife and I moved to this beautiful area from another state. We opened up an account at this bank in Spring City. All seemed fine and everyone was nice. We opened up both a savings account and a CD a month ago. We sold a piece of property and had a rather large check to deposit. At that time, we wanted to also get a credit card. We asked for a very modest amount of credit on this card. We were turned down flat. We are retired and don't have an income per say. We don't need an income to live our daily lives.
