The customer service rep was beyond rude. I asked for a supervisor and was told that he was not available when the rep had just spoke with them and when I addressed the amount of time I was on hold I was told " I dont care" this is an utter disgrace and I want that rep fired there is no professionalism with this company and I plan on making it my mission to bring my complaint up as high as it can go.
