First Bank of New Lenox has that old school type of feeling. First off the staff is very friendly and will do what they can to help you which is a plus these days since most of the banks have gone major corporate. I also like that they have little events for the children during Easter and Christmas something that I remember as a kid but has been lost by most banks through the years. The New Lenox location is in the strip mall on Laraway Road and while small is very convenient to the people in the area. Keep up the great work... read more
Today Zack helped get me set up with a checking account and he was so kind and thorough with all the information. This bank is fantastic! All the workers are so helpful and nice, the account set up is a breeze since they walk you through it, there are almost no fees (compared to larger commercial banks), their new app is so easy to use, they are open 7 days a week, i could go on and on but you get the point!
