So grateful for our hometown bank! The people are so personable, kind, as well as professional!
Daniel Ortiz. This was the banker I was told to speak with to make changes to a business account. He lied, Placated, and even went so far as to spread more lies to another branch when I went around him. I've filed a complaint at the corporate office. Never use or speak to Danny. It is no mystery why this branch, compared to every other Builtwell Bank branch in Dalton, has a lower rating.
Daniel is a very personal banker but he is not in charge the management could learn from him
