Doesn't send fraud purchase alerts during the weekend, so if your card gets declined on a purchase you have to wait until Monday morning to receive the alert and allow you to use it. Even worse if someone is trying to use your card without your knowledge you wouldn't know until Monday what a disaster!
Poor customer service and unprofessional with helping said customers. Some tellers are very judgmental and have a snobby attitude with the way they handle things and treat people.
First you buy up our small local bank. Then you close all the locations execpt one. Its been a joke since Berne took over. Your rates are trash. The only reason I stuck around is because I was too lazy to redo all my automatic payments I had going through my check. Thanks for killing our small bank, firing all beloved tellers then leaving us high and dry.
Every time I go to the bank you can never get in makes me wanna go to a different bank
