Drove 45 mins on my only day off to purchase a patio door on a Saturday at 630p. My purchase was 1,013.00 so it declined. Called the only number that was open the fraud center, to allow my purchase..NOPE basically I have to ask permission ahead of time before 6p to spend more than 1000 of my OWN $$$. The only thing the fraud number could do was take off the "fraud" alert off my card. What bank does not have a 24/7 customer service?! Yep I am switching banks ASAP!
