Not a hood experience at all. Opened my account 1 week ago and already they've stolen $50 from me. Paid for pizza with my card, had issue, so they refunded me LAST FRIDAY. It's been nothing but lies about where my money is and when I'm getting it back. Now they're saying they never took the money out of my account, but I watched it. I got the email. My favorite bank I've ever had in my 59 years.
Great customer service and a very nice bank. I was working with Sonja on my business checking account and i went back for lending to refinance my mortgage on my rental house. She was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks for the great service.
