Ron and his team are professionals and worked very hard to help us out when we were in a sticky situation. He held the close date as promised and we are very excited to move into our new home. If I could add more stars I would. 10/10 service and professionalism from ALL staff.
I was recommended this guy because he had advertised first time Homeowner buyers to contact him. I Contacted him and immediately he seemed not interested and hung up on me actually at some point in the conversation when I called him back, he said that it was a disconnect Then continued to tell me that I was probably not able to get approved before really understanding my situation then proceeded to say goodbye and hung up again

Ron was recommended by our realtor. Given the glowing online reviews, we thought it should be fine. This was a mistake. We have had continued poor service, worse communication from this unethical lender. I do not like giving reviews, but given our loan was meant to close two weeks ago and still hasn’t closed, a review is justified to call out Ron’s behaviour.
