They refused to cash a check for me from the Department of Education when they've always cashed my checks prior. It took over 2 hours and crying in the lobby and signing my check over to my dad before they finally gave in and cashed it. But even then, Curt told me to come back the next day because they were about to close but they weren't closing for another 30 minutes. If you need reliable financial banking information don't trust this bank. I sold some equipment and called asking for advice on how to receive payment. I was told to get a cashier's check and the funds could be verified and available immediately. After trusting the misinformation I was given I deposited the checks along with cash to complete my equipment sale transaction.
