Had the worst experience with them today. Very unhelpful, rude and unprofessional. There was a lady who I will return and get her name. But she was so busy she couldn’t help us but when someone else was helping us she butted in and kept interrupting me while I was speaking with the other attendant. I definitely won’t be back to do business but I will get her name so we can all know who to stay away from, in the unfortunate event you do have to visit!
Super friendly staff, felt like they were happy I was there.. I had gotten so used to the robotic acting tellers of other banks very happy I came here.
I took time from work to get a new debit card ordered. Waited two weeks just to find out that they never ordered it. Terrible customer service. Except for Sandy. She’s awesome and I wished she would have been there to help me to begin with.

Pay attention investors! I am an experienced investor in Pitt County for 8 years. The stuffs working there are nice and helpful. But their commercial loan policy is special! I got a loan from Select Bank few years ago before they were sold to First Bank. I want to sell a few properties from one loan. They were asking me to pay back 80% your selling price instead of your current balance for this specific property. It means that you will get nothing back from your selling.
