Super friendly staff, felt like they were happy I was there.. I had gotten so used to the robotic acting tellers of other banks very happy I came here.
I took time from work to get a new debit card ordered. Waited two weeks just to find out that they never ordered it. Terrible customer service. Except for Sandy. She’s awesome and I wished she would have been there to help me to begin with.

Pay attention investors! I am an experienced investor in Pitt County for 8 years. The stuffs working there are nice and helpful. But their commercial loan policy is special! I got a loan from Select Bank few years ago before they were sold to First Bank. I want to sell a few properties from one loan.
