What a wonderful Bank! We had a scam situation going on and the staff of this bank could not have been more helpful offering assistance and advice. Meka, Courtney and Ashley stopped what they were doing to help and even called us after hours to check on us. I appreciate the staff at Franklin's Branch of First Bank and give them the highest of recommendations!!!

Terrible bank don’t recommend! Horrible customer service. Mobile app hasn’t worked properly for 2 months they are aware and when deposits are declined because of the fact that the app isn’t working, they don’t care if their customer are inconvenienced with long drives. I didn’t open my account here my bank sold to them and I hate having to use them!
