Friendly , fast and convenient. I needed some help in securing a loan. Was able to get this taken care of without an appointment. I received a call the next morning to let be know my loan had been approved. Will be transferring my checking account from another bank.
Overall I like first bank. Never had much of an issue with the bank except this location. The staff and clerks are freindly but clueless. When I got my first bank 2 years ago they didn’t set me up on a first at work checking and instead gave me a standard account but I knew I I qualified and fixed it at the Charlotte location. Basically the standard account meant I needed to make enough transactions monthly or have a work check to not get fined tons of money. Wire fees were 24$!
