I am part of the Malvern switch over, I was with Malvern for over 23 years with no issues. As of last week my App keeps closing so I haven't been able to log on since last week. So frustrating.
I was abducted as part of the Malvern Bank acquisition Their technology is bush league, mobile apps and alerts are horrible. The local branch VP has yet to return my phone call (Coventry).
No lines to wait in, no silly fees. Excellent customer service from friendly staff.
