I came in for help with my account and customer service was extremely disrespectful.. i’m not sure of her name (didn’t have a name tag on) but it was an older white lady with a bob.. she had a lot of attitude and it seemed like she didn’t want to work.. if you need assistance with first bank I would highly recommend going to a different location!!!
This bank used to be great but lately it has really gone down hill. Staff is rude and never really knows what going on, the hours are inconvenient and the staff is outright nosey. When this was Delanco bank this bank was amazing and I told everyone about it but "First Bank" is a joke.
