I opened a business account with Liz, she was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. I have opened other accounts at other banks in the past and the process always seemed robotic, but Liz asked questions and gave advice and made sure I had the services I needed.

Transferred accounts from branch takeover. New Atm Card never sent. New card that was issues at branch didnt work and atm at branch was out of service. Going on two weeks now without access to funds. Awesome.
