Mount Jackson is a small town distant from any major urban area. First Bank is the only bank in town. Today I needed to have an important paper notarized so went to the bank for help. I am not a First Bank customer but thought that the bank would serve me for a fee. Unfortunately the bank officer who greeted me flatly refused to help me. I asked do you have a notary and he asked are you a customer. I said no but will you accept a fee. He said no. Great people working here. Always helpful.
I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this branch. Most of the people are nice enough but they take your money every chance they get. I do not recommend first bank at all. Take your money elsewhere. Will NEVER bank here again.
