Had a very bad experience with the Jaime Espinoza (Branch Manager). Went to do a simple transaction and it was a nightmare. Jaime had a rude and aggressive customer service at all times. Waited for 1+ hr just to hear that he didn’t know how to solve my problem. While I waited at the lobby he was on the phone laughing with other people. Definitely not the treatment and respect I would expect from my bank. Hard to go to another location as they only have a few locations in the metroplex. Hope this gets to the eyes of the GM.
We opened an account for my aging dad and they were wonderful, they explained the process and the type of account, not just to me, but very respectfully, to my dad. They answered all of his questions and made it a smooth and easy process. I very highly recommend!

This is the third time in a row that I’ve driven through the drive thru bank where no one has come and helped me. I waited for a few minutes each time but no one still came. The last time I had to walk inside the bank for someone to help me only for me to find employees on their phone and not paying attention to their customers waiting in the drive thru. It was wonderful to find a brick and mortar bank with a friendly and efficient staff. Heidi and President Jeff were welcoming and successfully informed us about our new account and tricky transactions regarding our move to Frisco, TX. They went out of their way to help us.
