My interactions with First Bank have always been 5-star experiences!
Long wait time just for a notary. I was given an initial wait time of 5-7 minutes. When the time extended far beyond this I had to find someone and ask them how much longer. The response was they didn’t know. With such a massive building they have enough space to have more than one notary available.
The new “multi million dollar main bank” has no drive up tellers. I needed to break some big bills and I can't believe they did away with drive up tellers “. I rarely use the actual bank but I will not walk into that building. A huge architectural failure 😡
They've always been very helpful whenever I've had a question or a complex request.
