They built this huge new bank branch that is supposed to be the main office branch and you go inside and there is no traditional bank counter or for that matter a bank teller is hard to find. I was there once when the one person that is at the small counter was out to lunch so there was nobody there to assist me. You are pretty much forced to use their ATM with their virtual bank teller. Not a transparent bank. I got charged an "analysis service" charge on a no fee checking account, then got charged a termination fee and cashier fee when closing the account. Pretty ridiculous.
I like working with mary williams. She helped me open a business account once. Is also very helpful with answering questions when emailing. She is great at what she does!
