They built this huge new bank branch that is supposed to be the main office branch and you go inside and there is no traditional bank counter or for that matter a bank teller is hard to find. I was there once when the one person that is at the small counter was out to lunch so there was nobody there to assist me. You are pretty much forced to use their ATM with their virtual bank teller. Horrible experience from pre-real estate purchase all the way to months later. Customer service gives wrong financial advice and they refuse to accept their fault in issues that have consequences in people’s lives. I would look around more if First Bank is the bank you’re planning to do business with. Save yourself some money and health.
Not a transparent bank. I got charged an "analysis service" charge on a no fee checking account, then got charged a termination fee and cashier fee when closing the account. Pretty ridiculous.
