As a customer service person, the hardest thing is to tell a customer they have been denied, which I understand. But to be told after going through all the trouble of trying to get this account open that's it's been declined, even after setting up my employer's direct deposit, is unbelievable. Went inside to get help with my account, and no one came out to help me. Don't bother with this branch unless you just need an atm.
Ahmed Hodzic is such an easy and down to earth soul to work with ❤️ he got me in and out without a problem and explained everything so well to me and he has a great sense of humor such a gentleman and treated me like I was family the whole time I was there ! First bank y’all better hold on to him because any establishment would be lucky to have him and you can tell his mom did a wonderful job raising him !

Great customer service i go in there asking for help all the time and they are always unbelievably nice and help me resolve my issue in 15 mins or less
