Ahmed Hodzic is such an easy and down to earth soul to work with ❤️ he got me in and out without a problem and explained everything so well to me and he has a great sense of humor such a gentleman and treated me like I was family the whole time I was there ! First bank y’all better hold on to him because any establishment would be lucky to have him and you can tell his mom did a wonderful job raising him !

Great customer service i go in there asking for help all the time and they are always unbelievably nice and help me resolve my issue in 15 mins or less
This bank has become horrible. Machines now take the place of tellers. Only one person at a time can access service. The person can take 20 minutes at the machine and nobody will know (or care) that there are other customers. Take the mobile app system down for days without notification. Say you can sign up again Monday morning but here it is noon and still not able to Access the site. Complaining will do you no good as the leadership in the bank is deaf.
